ABOUT US We were established in 2000 to bridge the gap between what was then a cottage industry to become the leading professional Focus Group recruitment company in the London area. Where we go others follow. We believe we were the first qualitative recruitment organisation to use a website and to have online facilities. We have now developed cutting edge technology which enables us to reach previously untapped sources of respondents. We are continually adding to our database. This records a large range of demographic data on each member of our panel that is held in full accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We also hold a complete record of their attendance to projects so that repeat attendance can be rigidly controlled. We are extremely pro-active in find brand new potential respondents who have never attended a group before. We are experienced in recruiting respondents for all types of research including consumers, professionals, medical patients, web-usability, wealth, business executives, IT, financial etc We recruit for: *Focus Groups *Face-to-Face Depths *Telephone interviews *Car Clinics *Panels *Online Panels *Online Surveys and all other Qualitatve Research. A focus group must contain respondents who meet your exact requirements. We screen prospective respondents thoroughly and objectively with specific attention to quotas. Every screener is properly adhered to and completed. Many of the companies we work for are IQCS accredited and we always work to this standard as our norm. When recruiting we actively listen, accurately record all relevant information and probe when necessary. Because of our experience we are also able to speak knowledgeably with the highest level of executive respondents and through our networking are able to easily communicate with people with personal wealth. We always make sure a newly recruited respondent is sent an invitation and they are always pre-checked before a group to make sure that they are attending and know where they are going. If someone falls off a group we automatically replace that person We work on a regular basis for a large number of UK and international clients. We work for research companies, advertising companies, fieldwork companies and independents. No job is too large or too small.
