The database that we use is exclusive to Focus Force and this is used by us to offer out to its member’s details of new market research projects as they come in. This database also keeps detailed records of any projects that you would have attended.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We do expect all of our respondents to adhere to the following terms and conditions

  1. All of the information that you give us is truthful including age and lifestyle
  2. Changes in these details are updated as soon as possible
  3. If chosen for a project you will make sure you attend punctually – at least 10 minutes before the allotted start time
  4. If you are unable to attend any project you have been invited to you will TELEPHONE us asap during office hours making sure that you give us ample time to replace you on the project.  We DO NOT accept email or text cancellation – only a telephone conversation with a member of our staff is acceptable. 
  5. Please be aware that most of the groups and interviews will be about new products and services therefore they must be treated as private and confidential and should not be discussed outside of the meeting

Focus Force maintains a privacy policy to protect the personal information that you have supplied with us.  Your registration details are only used to advise you about new projects as they come in to Focus Force.  You may unsubscribe by using the unsubscribe link at any time.

When attending a group or interview please be assured that everything you say or do is done under the guidelines of the Marketing society’s code of conduct (free-phone 0500 39 69 9). You can be assured that everything you say or do will be confidential and anonymous.

WHAT NEXT

You will first need to register using our online registration.  Once this has been completed and submitted you will immediately begin to receive our emails for new projects as they come in.  In order to apply it is always essential that you put the correct project name in your email subject box and that you answer ALL of the questions that we have asked.  If we feel that you may be right for the project a member of our team, once we have begun recruiting for that project, will phone you to go through a further questionnaire in order to confirm that you completely fit the criteria we are looking for – only then would you be invited to participate and an invite will be sent to you by email.
